We aim to respond to all legitimate enquiries within 2–3 working days. However, response times may vary during holidays, weekends, or periods of high demand.

Please note:

• Emails received outside of business hours will be addressed the next working day.

• Appointment-specific issues (e.g., cancellations) should be marked as urgent in your subject line.

We can be contacted in relation to all of the nutritional services which we offer, including: online nutrition consultations, nutrition consultancy, nutrition and health writing.

We cannot provide individual nutritional advice unless we have completed a full nutritional assessment. However we may discuss population level health advice, the evidence base in relation to nutrition and where appropriate we may signpost to relevant resources or sources of support.

You agree to:

• Communicate respectfully and professionally at all times.

• Use email only for appropriate, health-related queries or service-related matters.

• Avoid sharing emergency medical issues, as Gut Grá does not offer emergency services.

Unacceptable communication includes:

• Abusive or inappropriate language

• Spam or unsolicited marketing

• Repeated non-urgent follow-up within short timeframes

Such behaviour may result in refusal of service or blacklisting from future communication, and if deemed necessary the police may also be contacted (for example in cases of threatening or inappropriate communication).

If contacted in relation to a topic which falls outside of our scope of practice, we will be upfront about this and may signpost to another professional who has expertise in that specific area.

Where appropriate, we may continue a conversation via email or private message rather than on a social media platform.
