Services

Areas I help with

  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Symptom tracking, trigger identification, and guidance on evidence-based approaches like the low FODMAP diet—tailored to your lifestyle and needs.

  • Diagnosed or suspected cases of coeliac disease. Expert guidance on maintaining a strict gluten-free diet, preventing nutrient deficiencies, and managing long-term gut health.

  • DGBIs, formerly known as functional gastrointestinal disorders, are a group of conditions characterised by chronic gastrointestinal symptoms in the absence of structural or inflammatory disease. These disorders are thought to result from impaired communication between the gut and the brain.

I help clients manage DGBIs through a holistic approach that includes dietary strategies, gut-brain axis education, stress management techniques, and lifestyle support tailored to individual triggers.

  • Such as lactose or gluten intolerance. Identification of triggers, guiding elimination and reintroduction phases, and helping maintain a balanced, symptom-free diet.

  • Tailored dietary advice to manage symptoms and prevent flare-ups. This includes fibre management, hydration guidance, and strategies for symptom control during diverticulitis episodes.

  • I offer engaging, evidence-based nutrition talks for corporate teams and events. With experience delivering sessions to universities and a global tech company serving Fortune 500 clients, I tailor content to suit your team’s needs—from gut health to workplace wellbeing.

    C

    Clinical

Before your first appointment, I’ll review any relevant clinical history you share including medical conditions, allergies, test results, and input from other services like gastroenterology. This ensures your dietetic care is accurate, safe, and fully personalised. During your appointments, we will explore the symptoms you have and review this on an ongoing basis.

    D

    Dietary Intake

I’ll review your typical intake during the week and weekends, as eating patterns can vary.

I’ll ask practical questions like who prepares meals and does the food shopping. This provides valuable context for tailoring realistic and sustainable recommendations that work for your daily life.

    E

    Environment/Behavioural/Social

To provide truly personalised care, I look beyond food alone. We’ll explore physical activity levels, sleep, and mental health, as these all influence overall health. I consider the broader context in which you live - this includes culture and social influences. Understanding this helps me deliver advice that is evidence-based, realistic, respectful, and sustainable for your unique circumstances.
